booking website for the film "Joker 2: Madness of Two," focusing on creating an immersive experience that reflected the film's dark and psychedelic tone. My main focus was designing an intuitive and engaging interface, aligned with the film's visual style, using a dark color palette, strong contrasts, and graphic elements that evoked the aesthetics of the Joker universe.
I designed a platform that not only makes booking tickets easy, but also immerses the user in the sequel's unique and haunting atmosphere, offering a memorable experience from the first click.
UX/UI Process and Approach:
Research and Conceptualization: I analyzed the film's aesthetic and visual narrative to incorporate graphic elements, typography, and colors into the design to create coherence and appeal to the target audience.
Information Architecture: I organized the user flow in a simple and logical manner, allowing for fluid navigation from feature selection to final booking, minimizing clicks and eliminating obstacles.
Visual Design and Style: I used a dark color palette with red and yellow accents to highlight important actions and create a haunting atmosphere in keeping with the film. The selected typography reinforces the dramatic and cinematic tone.
Interactivity and Microinteractions: I implemented buttons and interactive elements with subtle effects, adding dynamism and enhancing the user experience without distracting from the main content.
Accessibility and Usability: I prioritized readability and accessibility, ensuring that key elements are easy to identify and use across different devices and screen sizes.
This project was an opportunity to merge cinematic aesthetics with an effective user experience, creating a site that not only invites users to book tickets but also immerses them in the film's visual universe.
